Team India have removed half of its hurdle in winning Champions Trophy by ignoring the Media. These people are responsible for the loss of Team India in T-20 WC. They always publish & show the wrong side of team, its players and demoralise the team as well as the nation. Now Team India has to fight with other cricket teams not with its silly media that is always against the interest of Team. A silly person in the Media is Mr. Vikrant Gupta of Aj Tak News Channel. I think India have great chance to win the Trophy.
I would be happy if the team contiues to snub them right through this tournament. Who cares if the team gives interviews or not. What matters is how they play. Media should learn to keep cricket in perspective
The Indian team has nothing to write home about. But men in blue have done a great service by insulting the media. This is not enough. Continue the boycott and frustrate the good for nothing reporters.
Might be they are scared that a camera man will get too close to the nets, push aside the bowler, say Bhajji, in an attempt close to cover the batsman say Dhoni...Bowlers hand might hit the camera man and the whole media will play the clips of his hand hitting the camera and call bhajji all kinds of name.
I think there is a conspiracy against the media by the Indians. What right do they have to stop the media? Even if they get too close poke people with their cameras, drop the cameras on people..they are doing their job and Media must be given top prioity.
I am surprised that just because 15 sportsmen decide not to talk to media it becomes such a big news...did any of you bother to cover extensively death of Major Suri who died fighting for his country? What attempts media have made to ensure that we remember our war heroes like we remember our cricketing heroes...Honestly, i am no Scholar but i can't recall 5 armymen who sacrificed their life for country...Yes, i am to be blamed so what for not remember the name however its media which is driving the news and helping ppl remember things that are important (on not that important like in this stupid stories case!)
