Indian bureaucracy is known for their 'good boy' behavior in front of Western Rules. They don't want to be seen as 'bad boys' on western stage. So, they bend down their heads and accept any rules Goras throw over us.
BCCI must be commended that they preserved their rights to negotiate any Unilateral policies being imposed onto them by a foreign body.
When WADA clauses were formed, there was no Indian representative in that Body. So, it doesn't make sense that everyone should just bend down and accept their rules just because Sports ministry did because they lack balls to deny Gora rules.
Kudos to BCCI! Rock on!
Both FIFA and UEFA have rejected the system citing privacy concerns. Now the BCCI.
Sporta the Belgian sports union who argue that the system violates Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Indian Media is as usual not aware of issues involved and have started barking in a knee-jerk way.

Yes, well said. The problem is with the indian media, it is full of youngsters who are wideeyed with admiration when it comes to western countries. So according to them whateever the west says is gospel!
