So you mean someone who makes 4 runs of 20 balls in one dayers and 1 off 20 in test is a less selfish player?
I'm just glad that Gambhir is available. Thankfully we won the recent ODI series without him, so his absence didn't cost us much. I'm still so annoyed at the IPL. Both Sehwag and Zaheer were injured in that worthless Mickey Mouse Tournament. Zaheer is our main bowler, and Sehwag is the one who gets us to a flier in each game. We are playing at 50% of our strength without those two.

Do you really want to go for Irfan Pathan ? I mean he's been quite unimpressive lately with the ball. I think Ishant will be a better option than him. Yes, Irfan can bat, but there are plenty of batters in the team.

there are 7 bowlers excluding sachin and almost all can bat!!! no one is a bad fielder either...
