SACHIN

I AM ONE OF THE ADMIRER OF SACHIN FOR HIS GRIT AND COMMITMENT TO CRICKET. YET, I FEEL HE HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING TO YOUNGSTERS TO PROMOTE CRICKET. EITHER HE SHOULD HAVE ESTABLISHED AN ACADEMY FOR YOUNGSTERS OR QUIT PLAYING PROVIDING OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNGSTERS. 20 YEARS A LONG INNINGS FOR ANY CRICKETS AND HE HAS ACHIEVED MORE THAN ANY OTHER PLAYER. INSTEAD OF ESTABLISHING HOTELS FOR COMMERCIALS, LIKE PRAKSH PADUKONE, SACHIN SHOULD ENCOURAGE AND COACH YOUNGSTERS IN CRICKET.

Your retirement
by Selvaraj Saravanakumar on Sep 16, 2009 09:43 AM  | Hide replies

I could still remember that yourself and Gavaskar hasn't laid your retirement from International Cricket, inspite of age and out of form in Cricket. Even at that time many yougnsters were waiting in Q, but a set of senior hasn't make move untile the final resort taken by the selection committe.
