My friend Akram , Cricket Boards are controlled by business men and money minded people and politics as well, in both countries.They have their own selfish interests than the welfare of country reputation or players.You speak against their wrong doing , you will be out of the team.IPL is copy of ICL, but which is more popular and like other associations ICL will die slow death too.In India , the players who play for ICL cannot play in Natinal Team. So the only solution to this problem, the Cricket Boards in both the countries should be abolished and replaced by some other bodies , who will care of country and players.
Many players due to political influence in sports are biased, If we recall the selection of sports person from the school level it started with the political support and other regional influences, which in turn lead to mistrust in he is in the middle or end of his sports career
