Amit Amin, please keep your shirt on. Why dont we let him do the talking regarding retirement plans. Even Don Bradman had to retire..after making a duck in his last Test innings, So stop deifying someone who is only a Sharadashram school roduct from the woeful pitches of Shivaji park as i tend to recall ! Leave ST alone, Amit andont degarde yourself

spell my name properly first you m0r0n. Secondly, if you don't like my comments than don't reply. If you hate us SRT fans than don't reply to us becuase we know SRT will come back with a bang, like he always has. He always shut his critics mouth and same thing he will do as long as he plays the game. He will answer with his bat not mouth. YOU_get_lost.
Bret Lee has been paid huge amount to stay off from this series , so that india can win this series comfortably at home... its all cricket politics..........
SACHIN VERY SENSITIVE PERSON by SRINIVASAN on Oct 30, 2009 09:05 PM | Hide replies
Sachin doesn't have the potential to handle tough situation. He is mentally very sensitive on failures. He tooks more time to become mentally fit. Reason is that he is not a naturally talented player. He uses lot of practices and thinking to play well. Thatswhy he gets CONFUSED easily. Present sachin is doesn't have the Brave enough to play important games. He lost. But, if he play very casually without thinking anything about game then he can come out of the current problem. He has nothing left to do but to play for sometime. Thatswhat he should think. Also the current sachine speaks more to media. That is also a problem. As a player he doesn't need to comment anything about win or lose and others. All he need is to play professional for sometime. That is it.

I advice u to first re-iterate your facts before uttering gibberish stuff.....he has been a legend and has performed well over the years....as they say "form is temporary, class is permanent" he has been proving this ever since he made his debut on the international arena....so its not a mental problem but its just a matter of time....i suggest u to go and attend the rapidex english course instead wasting u r time talking about a crciketing legend...

Your comments are really brainless. You are very narrow minded. Waste fellow, this shows u dont have knowledge about cricket. USE BRAIN BEFORE USING MOUTH to talk & FINGERS to type.
even in individual sports players retire when they are in the top of their sport and yet in a team game such as cricket players want to stick around as long as possible only to prolong the agony of other more talented and younger players waiting to make a mark in the international scene is really pathetic
Sachin inODI's with 19749Runs Avg44.29 S/R85.68 75-80% of his 44(100's) are match winning ones 50-60% of his 91(50's) are match winning ones
has always been& continuing to be a Good Fielder& excellent runner not like Ganguly, Laxman,Dravid which is Y they r no more in ODI's
So if Tendulkar's Presence in the field concedes extra runs(instead of saving runs) without him contributing with the bat along with all these if Indian Loses against top teams in a embarassing fashion consistently (which i believe will not happen)then its fair enough to Pinpoint Sachin & drop him & say Hi Sachin "guess Indian Team Could Do Without you"
If his performance in no way affecting Indian Victories as long as he tries to top it up with a good knock every now then against top teams of the season without reducing his career Avg S/R he can remain in the team for as long as he feels is correct to do so
Watch out for Sachin 10 others Indian Players to bring 2011WC not Sachin 10Sachin which was the way some years ago
He is a Humble Human Being who has made india proud. Give some respect

Well said Dude.....this data is sufficient to silence all those fools who keep on criticizing him....he has never played crikcet to prove a point and as u've rightly told he his humble about his acheivements and still has the drive and passion to perform well....
