One should/does hopefully realise if they have any kind of brain that if this new "method/procedure detection" goes on that it will waste so much of a time i mean umpires have a job which is to be an umprie then they should be able tocarry it out and if they are finding it tough then QUITE! i mean i can't speak for umpires though these players get paid enough that that they should be able to bear with the decisions they are given and GET ON WITH THE GAME!!!!!

Sachin looked out of place in the last match
by Rahul Ponting on Oct 27, 2009 09:19 AM  | Hide replies

He should be rested for some matches. Don't let the poor chap field much. After 20 years of cricket it's become a little too tough for the little master to carry on with the fielding thing.

He is needed for batting. So let him bat and let someone else do the fielding for him. BCCI should use its influence on the ICC to make a new rule where legends like Sachin can officially do without fielding in a match and play only to make runs. He will score so many runs that no one will ever in Cricket match his records.

To the wannabes

To all who want to criticize tendulkar and his achievements. You guys will bark all the time and then curl up in some corner when he scores his next hundred. Some of you think that you are intellectual because you criticize a legend simply cos in your life you have achieved nothing bu mediocrity.

Now he is just a passenger in the team, one or two good innnings doenot deserve that much hype as he generates. He is just sticking on there for his own personnal gains, I dont think if he retires anybody will ask him to reconsider. He has well past his prime and just dragging himself to boring limits. I dont dislike Tendulkar, but dislike him clinging on and on resting on past laurels, Gilcrist, Hayden, McGrath, Warne, Lara all have left the sport on a high ... why can't Indians do that?

When a player has to fall back on stats every now and then, he needs to get off .... the dominance in the feild is not reflected in the stats, there is diffrence between sports and accountancy ..... please tax ur entire clans brain to understand that!

You just enlightened us all how much brains you have when you say dominance in field is not reflected in stats. doesnt australia have a number of batters and bowlers who were in the top 2-3 worldwide in stats reponsible for them winning series after series? Or maybe you think Bangladesh is the best team, after all stats dont matter according to your advanced intellect.

Birju Maharaj knows it all. DADA is the greatest ever to play cricket for him. Don Bradman is not even 10 % of Dada..

Birju Maharaj Chakroborty Is the only one with Brain. Only question is, noone knows where his brain is though

by D S on Oct 27, 2009 06:00 AM  | Hide replies

Winner AUz will remove some injured and few ok player off circulation such as not to overheat and overexpose them.
They will Try to win with new combination and use their full power for later.

Cant india rest Dhoni for few matches???

IT WILL UNITE INDIANS when Dhoni delegates his captain position for few matches.

WHy have they kept Karthik so far away!!! No second WK.

So dhoni is the Indian overtalk dunkey/ghaadhaa for every match???

Until he is kicked out unceremoniously, but all this at expense of india.

will watch if Auz changes their strategy and apply full power
