that idiot kris srikhan should be ropped as selector first
the team should be as per indian grounds & conditions and as per ability of the players to play fat & spin bowling at any situation , as bowlers for indian condition,
Viru and gauti are currently best opening pair in India, both have power and courage, both do opening for Daredevils and their Delhi Ranji side. I don't understand y Dhoni don't send them in opening. Sachin can play role of Rahul Dravid. There is no need to do sheet anchor role in opening sachin unnecessarly doing sheet anchor role in the opening. Opener should play strokes freely without thinking what his opening partner is doing.

Most important thing what i feel is their running between the wicket. They Compliment Each other well. They run like Aussies, Even if they don't get the boundries. Which i don't think Tendulkar is doing
Cricket and Movies the 2 most famous carrear of India, every 2 young boy want to enter and both the fields needs lot of luck and godfather, Ishan is really lucky to have both. i saw lot og good talented boys came but didn't do well because of luck and powerful god father. inspite of few months bad performance he is still in the team while there are people who could not get single chance or after first failure they were thrown out.

Dear Len, I dont think it is because of luck. It is because they are paid so much when they do well for a couple of games they just do not have motivation to excel. A couple of good games can end up one earning 10 Croroes in IPL and ads. That is enough for their lives. Just see the faces of the Rainas and Kohlis after we lost. There was no feeling of dejection. It was just another day...
Dhoni has just decided to back Ishant no matter what. Be it 20-20 , be it one day, this guy Ishant has been performing very BAD.... It would be better if dhoni back Irfan Pathan or Yusuf pathan.... they can bowl better than what Ishant has been bowling And both can BAT as well.

If Sachin and Viru get out by scoring as little runs as they did, then what can Dhoni do?

1.How many captain Aus changed when they lost to SA, India and Eng in Ashes? When they exited in first round of T-20 WC?
2.How many captain SA chaged when they exited in first round of CT?

I agree on not changing the captain with just one bad series.
Aus bounced back with venom and that is missing. Aus lost to SA in Aus but beat them in SA Aus lost T20WC and Ashes and Ponting was on the firing line and they bounced back with ODI series win with a big margin 6-1 and then followed up with Champions trophy.
On contrary, India lost in T20WC and Champions trophy. India has won in SL trination series but that's not convincing win.
The problem with Dhoni is that he is backing the right people. Ishant is still young and he has shown early prospects. However, he is not a good learner. Zak is not playing though he is fit and playing for Mumbai.
Where is Dinesh Kartik - Dhoni is scare of him as he is becoming better batsman.

If Yuvraj is fit, he should be at no 4. Tendulkar should drop down to 5. I guess that is what Ganguly is trying to hint without saying as much. And Amit Mishra instead of R Jadeja. At least we will be assured of top class bowling. The Jadejas, Pathans are a big gamble with the bat.And their bowling is quite ordinary. Jadeja ofcourse is a great fielder.

Problem here is that Sachin wants to bat at no 1 or no 2 and not at no 4.
R. Jadeja and Y Pathan - Y Pathan has been given 4-5 overs and was asked to hit right from the word go - Is this fair? Jadeja may also follow Pathan. Better option is to have Irfan Pathan

Irfan is best choice for number 7. With Irfan presence Dhoni can pick both Mishra and Bhajji at the same time in the squad.
