Indian team performance and average against Aussies are so bad, with the exception being the Great Tendulkar. Sachin averages 46 and the rest of our batsmen are nowhere near close to Sachin. What a shame on youngsters. They have to learn something from Tendulkar. I sincerely hope the youngsters to well in the series because I don't want Sachin alone to score runs for india. If Sachin scores run by himself then we are going to lose the series. What we need in the series is a collective performance by the whole team not just Sachin himself. I just don't know why every time Sachin has been the star performer against Australia and the rest of the batsmen as failures. We have all the talents to succeed against Aussies but we need a Sehwag, Gambhir, a Yuvraj to support Sachin in batting.
A very competetive series on the cards. Look like the series'll go all the way to the decider locked 3-3. If happens like this, then surely ODIs won't be dying for atleast untill the next World Cup.

The team which will bowl well will lift the trophy. In Sub continent it is easy to bat and become hero but it is very tough to bowl an superspell and win the match.
total odi matches played by indian team 1562 total odi matches played by aus team 979 still ponting says they will not underestimate india..what the hell? playing india at home, they make such a comment, india should thrash them. With a young team like that is experience an over rated quality when looking at top teams, aussie seems to be doing fine with a young team.why not india, simply becuase the moment there's a loss, we think of dropping some of the juniors and binging back the likes of sachin, dravid etc.u see steve waugh, warne players who sachin played against in his hey days playing..hell no..aussies dont do that.they retire when its right, not in india..they go on and on and on... damn when will indian media, public selectors understand..we need a total young team..!!!
this is the weakest ausis side visited in india.. but indain team also not that much great ..sachin will play 1-2 maches, sewag also..chances are depende upon pich status, anyway we always play well in india..chances are 40%..if rain is not there ausis will win seriuos 4-3 or 5-2..
The first and only time till now, when India reached no.1 spot,India lasted 24 hours. It was just two months ago.The next time(if ever),it will be a great achievement if India lasted 25 hours! Aussies have been on the no.1 spot for years. It will take a miracle to dislodge them from the no.1 spot for more than one or two weeks. No wonder,Dravid said that the ranking system should be stopped by ICC.Then Indians can pretend they are always no.1(as was the case before the ranking system).
