India's best ground Eden Gardens and one the world's top 3 grounds, is not hosting even a semi final match. One can never expect such dirty polictics in Australian (Cricket Australai) or English (England & Wales Cricket Board) boards where no one can imagine that Melbourne or Lords being not given the final match, had the tournament been held in either of these countries. That is BCCI for you, in their true colours. They have a score to settle with Jagmohan Dalmia and want to promote their own regions.

To my Knowledge there was no series between india and Pakistan in 2000. After 1999 Series it was only in 2004 that Pakistan Came to India. Please Correct me if i am wrong.

Come on Man, if it had been Kolkatta, then why not Mumbai, then why not Mohali, why not haydarabad.It does not make any sence, be happy Mubai and Kolkatta both are in India.Proud to be an Indian not as a Regional.

Yes, why not Eden Gardens? For the last 10 years or so, mostly important matches like semi final or final of a tournament were given to Mumbai or Mohali. It is biased.:-(
