he has himself opted out of playing for his country citing stress reasons !!! Ironic is it not , considering that he has scored so heavily.

he is homesick and cant stay away from family for long..so he opted out from playing for england. He has also said in the past that he was so scarred of travelling the he used to cry for whole nights in hotel rooms..I think it fair enough for him to opt out..personla health and satisfaction is more importance!! but a very good player!!
He is one of the best opening batsman for England I have ever seen. I believe England is more tighten in Royalty & King Baji otherwise how could you ignore Tres....from the squad. Team is struggling but he is out shows he has some problem with the ECB/Selectors....

such a good player playing county but their country missing his services. not only eng but the whole ckting world needs a player like trescothick for his sheer ckting excellence
