two seasons of IPL are over and athis champions league... DD which was considered the favourites since the beginning hasnt done anything yet to match the hype..Its team strength, team balance everything on paper was considered strongest in IPL.... Infact the underrated teams of RR(winning the first title), RCB(8 matches on trot to come the finals after languishing at the bottom of the table) have actually accomplished more given their limited team strentghs...
Oh so Godzila is SHE, then its OK, then her answers are acceptable as they have come from her heart and not from mind. And you Ramjee, you are also SHE or noeiher HE nor SHE.
One thing is for sure, this Airtel League has shown that Indian teams are now not good for even T20 also. They are perfect in endorsing products, modelling, acting etc. Some people will still say that becoz of absence of Dhoni, Harbhajan, Yuvraj Indian team is losing but what about the losses when all of them are playing. Then they say they were tired becoz of continuously playing in IPL, now for loss to Australia in one day matches after Airtel league, they will say some players were tired/injured becoz of playing in Airtel league. Its right time Indian players should reorganize themselves and start practising keeping in mind WC 2011
At least one thing was sure in IPL that whosoever wins, at least India will win. But Airtel has betrayed Indian people by involving foreign teams in Airtel league, as a result the only hope of Indian team winning comfortably is also lost. But still it seems to be ok as people will be used to loss in domestic matches also like international matches. With teams from Australia(Simon Katich team), South Africa (Gibbs team), England (Somerset - Marcus Trescothik team), there is hardly any scope for any Indian team. Only a little hope from Deccan Chargers and Bangalore Royal Challengers.
