Steve Waugh retired when he was 38, Warne retired when he was 38, McGrath retired when he was 37, Hayden retired when he was 37.
Sachin's current age (on 3/10/2009) 36 years 162 days.
_India played badly against Pakistan and not that Pakistan played superbly. Our bowling was poor and even their premium bowlers like Umar Gul went for runs. Only the difference were spinners.

that's what i am saying bowling makes the diffrence. in addition the loss of yuvi and viru gives them psycho. advantage. just like akram's injury gave india in wc 1996 in bangalore.
He abuses his tongue, is disrespectful to all non whites except for some lip service to West Indians, scolds Asians Cheats Cricket, Claims one bounce catches and forces Umpires to take his word and connives with his board to conspire with Umpires to Give Sachin out mostly in Nineties and what more , the satan of Modern Cricket. Could you see this disrespectful rustic push-off Sharad Pawar on the dias after he won the trophy? Shame to say that he is a best. He is not famous but notorious, the exact fitmet to Hayden,s " Obnoxious weed".

Not jealous, but what i sad a retrue facts. Rog ponting is a shame for Aus Cricket that saw Border and Bradamn.

you are jealous that is why all this... come on everyone knows that Ponting is the best bestman and he scored the runs as a captain which is additional pressure.. unlike sachin.. And Ponting is a shame only according to you and some idotic indians.. Whole world knows that ponting is a hard working and good sportsman

Ponting is a hard working Batsman, but bad obnoxious conduct renders him usless brat for the next gen. /world would be a better soprting place without Ponting.
