Good Luck

I hope dhoni understood the importance of Zaheer Khan, Viru....

Batting line up cannot win all the matches.

It was Zaheer khans bowling which has turned many matches in our favour.

Gary Kirsten and MSD are to blame
by nisha thoas on Oct 01, 2009 08:10 AM

Where was the need for kirsten to advocate weird theories like that leaked dossier? That has affected our players concentration and thus, the performance suffered.
Also, Dhoni has to take blame for selection based on friendships. PK,RP,ishant are all great buddies as seen in the latest pepsi ad. Sreesanth is unpopular so he sits out despite being miles better than the rest

i think this is the second time they are returning to their home empty handed. fitness is the talking point. whether he is a batsman or a bowler he should gain self confidence as the tour progress. they should keep their mind free from tension not to be excited at the same time focus with the game keep your mind and body relaxed try to follow the other matches how players performing study the conditions of the playing arena. we are having experts like gavaskar ravi shastri who know more about playing conditions in most of the test centres outude India. even south africa failed to perform to their potential even though it istheir home ground be a professional or amauterian you are having a bat and a ball hit as hard as possible if a spinner try to spin as much as you can. lastly do some yogas keep your mind and body fresh, lead a bachelor life when you are touring overseas amen good luck to indian players

India vs Pakistan was fixed as well. Indian govt wants to improve relations with Pakistan, so our cricket team delibertely underperformed to leve the Pakistanis feeling good. ALl the 8 teams in this world frequently bet and fix, no doubt

THEY DESERVE
by Baskar Subramanian on Oct 01, 2009 07:49 AM  | Hide replies

The way Indian team played they deserve to be thrown out of this tournament. The bowling was pathetic. Despite his hight Ishant could not bowl even one yorker, and sprayed all over out side off stemp. the fielding was poor. The batting excepting Gambhir and Raina looked like a local club team. Dhoni is praised too much for his capabilities, which never existed.

Let us face the reality..

No point in praying for other teams to win, when you have failed miserably in your duties as Team.
Pathetic performance in the recent times. In India WE destroy the players - Promos, Ads, too much hype or one fine day throw them down.
There are a lot of our players who are one night sensations (In all games for that matter).
We should be mature to read a game as a game and not treat individuals above the game. Last but not the least - FITNESS - is any indian player or management looking at improving the fitness of the players..

very well said. Before the next aussie series make the players go thru some rigrious conditiong camp and as u said fiedling and general fitness there is lot to be desired. Looking atsome like RP who is 24 years old walks like a dead man...need to look at the coaching as well what are robin and prasad doing with the team. havent seen any results from them or have they also now become a liability and taking thier places for granted as well...

Pakistan are true champions
by Crappy on Oct 01, 2009 07:33 AM  | Hide replies

Stop blaming Pakistan. First learn to play like the true champions they are then talk. An Indian team full of wimps & pansies how can you expect anything good from them? Pakistan which has been out in the cold for almost a year came back to win T20 World Cup and now they are in the running to win the Champions Trophy. Great guys!! Indian team learn something from the Pakistanis instead of whining about them all the time.
