Sachin is parting sehwag and Gambir opening in ODI ? Though selectors , BCCI and Captain are aware that sehwag and Gambir are best to open the innings in ODI,they are showing blind eyes and deaf ears to sideline Sachin ?
May be selectors , BCCI and captain are helpless as when a top scorer in Test and ODI show an adament nature to stick himself for playing till 2011 even his contributions are not fetching winning matches!
Why sachin is not showing the same spirit that Murali showed (aired views :May retire before 2011 world cup )when his efforts are not meeting teams winning matches ?
Will Sachin congratulate both Sehwag and Gambir ? or will sachin again show blind eye and deaf ears of these awards to Sehwag and Gambir and show his adament to stick to open the innings in ODI and also to play till 2011 world cup ?

well said, but here i say Dhoni as a captain should send Veeru - Gambhir as opener in one day Y he need do ask sachin and i don't sachin has any role to decide openers. and if he resist then he should say sachin to keep quite. after all it's captain's decision.

Guys Watch out for this pakistani talent Umar Akmal...he is a great bat..I have watched his century against NZ and he was awsome treat to watch with bat...also watch out for this young fast bowler Md: Ameer...These guys are going to play for pakistan for a long time and trouble india for long and win many matches against us....

What trouble India for long time and all... Come on yaar.
We have 11 strong men in our team anytime. One Akmal or one player can't trouble one team for long. All 11 players have to play well isn't it ?
Dont worry. India has great many batsman with great talent.
What India lacks is fast bowlers. That's where Pakistanis have greater strength in bowling. They churn out fast bowlers like they have a Fast bowling factory :-) .Amazing. Why India is unable to produce such greats except for 1 or 2 here and there ?
We need to STRENGTHEN our BOWLING department and atleast produce one bowler who can consistently cross 145 kmph speed and hit 150 and also bowl stump to stump with great accuracy. Thats the need of the hour. We dont need any batsman. We need BOWLERS. Batsmen >> we have plenty , thanks to the cricket frenzy and craze which a certain man called Sachin Tendulkar managed to create. Every gully in India we have TALENT and batsman who want to become like Sachin. Sadly nobody wants to become like great Kapil Dev. We need bowlers. Come on !

As a batsman Umar akmal will become pakistan's new inzimam or javed miandad.
