Please give importance to the player who performing well in Ranji matches instead of IPL performance. Twenty20 is all about swinging the bat. even ishant sharma can score 50 and gautam gambhir can take 5 wicket haul. don't rely on his past performance stick with current performance.

Is t20 so simple? Then why don't u try ur luck there instead of taking part in this discussion and wasting ur time! lol
Here is a talented young bowler, and on the other side, India is struggling to find a match winner in test and ODIs. If only Dhoni and selectors shed their inhibition and opt for this man along with Sreeshant and Ishant/Zaheer depending upon their form and availabilty, India can hope to do something noteable.
