Inspite of winning the toss on a pitch that was going to be bowler friendly initially, Dhobi chose to bat. That way top order batsmen like Sehwag, Gambhir, Tendulkar would fall & Dhobi coming wayy down the order wud be facing old ball on increasingly dead pitch to . So what if choosing to bat would have made this Test a sure win for India, what matters to Dhobi is that no one shd become too succesful to threaten his position. But this isnt the first time & neither is the last time Shame on u Dhobi
Sreesant should be called back to the first 11 in next match. No one can ignore his talent. Even by Harboo's friend Dhoni. its too much for Ishant..he should take rest for a better come back..

After seeing Harbajan's wide outside off stump booling, the inexperienced Mishra went a step forward. Fantastic booling from the Indian spinners on the 2 nd day compelation. Pathetic runleaking Booling figures of our spinners made Dhoni to turn the leftarm of Yuvaraj. How long this Tamasha we will witness
Already the spin twins leaked 161 runs without having a wicket and the pacers gave away only 114 runs plus 3 wickets. And one guy named Sreesanth is a mere spectator to this Spin Tragedy along with billions.

Agreed, also surprising too see that Yuvraj got only 3 overs while Sachin and Sehwag was ignored.

India's problem was always a partner for Sunil Gavaskar - interesting that it still persists.
With two triple hundreds and an average in tests of 50, Virendar Sehwag is the partner to open with SMG. SRT moves to the middle order.
Rest of the team looks pretty good.
PS - If the match is against Aus, VVSL gets into the team. He and Sehwag are the only ones I feel who could have taken on Lillee and Thommo in their own backyard.

Good try. Sachin is not a test opener. We can have Sehwag opening with Tendu at 4 or 5. Kapil can move to 7 and be captain as well. 10. Can be BS Bedi instead of Ghavri, as we can have 2 spinners. Interesting Kumble, Laxman, Azhar and Ganguly do not find a place. But then if Chandra is injured Kumble can come in. Vishy and Jimmy are good enough to do the job as compared to VVS, Azza or Dada.
