no doubt about his game skill...every shot he can play....playing for so many years for ur country is an achievment already...so many world records....most runs....most centuries... his presence in the team is enough... every record looks fade front of this legend...
but don't u think he could have won more matches for india... the acheivement could be more bigger if india had won any world cup in his presence....it could be more better if india become no. 1 in his presence ( not for 1 or 2 days)

Definitely,he could have won more matches, had he had bowlers who could take 20 wicket on regular basis and little support from other when it was most required.
If you do believe that matches are won by bowlers and collective efforts, you won't have raised this question.
Auss have won matches whenever they have bowling attack better than opposition---during the time of Macgrath, Warne, Gillipse, Mcdormat --but lost, as is in the case of Ashes--when opposition bowling attack was better.

We al were talking abt batting.. Lara never bpwled won crucial matches.. SAME like inzy, ponting, Dravid,Apart from them SOURAV, D'Silva Kallis were great finishers too.. So dont try to support him just for suporting.. coleect some facts too
