Shame
by Adil D on Nov 10, 2009 03:15 PM

Its a disgrace to call our players as champs. They r a bunch of jokers who only know how to do adds and make money. Yuvi looks as if he is doing a catwalk When they get out they have no shame they go laughing back so their skin dont get tanned for modeling. They should be fined from their pocket if they get out to stupid shots. They should not be signed by any co for and adds till they retire. Then only we will become the champion team. We really Miss CAPTAIN Ganguly who had some respect for the game and always gave his best effort.

Dhoni: - The big Joker and useless player promote himself and have excuse all the time… never commented about his batting or keeping misses…

Seekanth: - The biggest buffoon have ever seen in India and never ever fit for the selection panel.

Batting practice for tail enders
by seema on Nov 10, 2009 06:54 AM  | Hide replies

For heaven's sake give our bowlers BATTING PRACTISE.... Sachin's efforts were in vain in the 5th ODI becoz our tail enders showed pathetic temperamant and batting skills...Munaf did not dive to save his wicket which is the basic any cricketer shud know....Suicidal runs were totally unnecessary.. Close match or not it goes down in the books as a match LOST by India...

just take out 175 runs, then calculate how many runs sachin has made in this series. Out of 6 he had played only one game properly

Aussie will remain on top !!
by Deepak Khanna on Nov 09, 2009 05:03 PM

Aussie are well prepared before coming in team and they know if they don't perform they will be out not like India where we keep them in team till the player get rotten. Also, our bench strength is poor or slection method is rubbish. Before selecting someone, BCCI should see the consistency and performance level against gud states not that he has scored double or triple against some week teams. Player should be judged against gud bowling team even if they have scored 50 or less. Player should be judged to their strength as test match player can't be cud in T20 or IPL. Giving opportunity is spoiling their carrier in test and logn vesion game like ODI. We should have rather 3 teams devided in 3 games so that player can justify their skill (exceptionally gud can be considered but not all of them should be included in IPL).

Also, we should not forget that India reached on top by default becasue other countries were not performing well not because of their any extra efforts. Once, others will start peforming we will be back on position 4 or below and Aussie will remain on top because they play for country not for money or IPL.

odi
by ramkrishna on Nov 09, 2009 04:38 PM

odi is not t20 first and foremost remember and play. dhoni cannot dictate things in selection of players, once 16 selected for seven matches without injuries go with them, play win or lose after one or two matches you cannot decide, dravid should be there, jadeja not necessary and munaf or sreesanth should be in the team for all the matches instead of ishant, praveen kumar we are not selecting for batting that he must know, he should in intervals he has to take wickets, just maidens and making batsman difficult to play will not work out, now and then we need wickets, three fast bowlers and one or two spinner set for five matches then for last two rotate , go on playing with ishant and harbajan will not work out, in indian condition dravid will be play better than others and he will score more runs when heis able to score in foreign conditions, for the sake of dhoni decision droping dravid is mad, selectors should also involve when matches are played inside india, yuvi, and sewag bothare not fully recovered from injuries or they are hiding , then where is the performance

Some facts about India - Auztralia series...
by Raj India on Nov 09, 2009 04:00 PM  | Hide replies

The last series has shown some facts about the Indian team...
1) Current Indian team is an ordinary team that can be easily defeated by any other team. It has lost the killer instinct under team indian captain MSD. He has shown that the team can be defeated by a depleated australian second team...In the last macth, instead of sending the australian team in to batting, our foolish captain chose to bat where the conditions were suit for fast bowling. Even a child knows this except Dhoni and in India it is very rare to start a match at 8:30 am in the morning.

2) Also, in Indian team, only Sachin shows some responsibility to his place in the team and rest of the members does not have any passion or responsibility to the team. I think, the true players who were played really for India were retired and only sachin remains. Rest all are playing simply for 'MONEY'....

Un-Sachin

If Grandpa is showing the YOUNGSTERS how to bat on "flat tracks" (see the Indian score card at Hyderabad for further details), you obviously are the most hurt soul on the forum. :)

Don't worry, Dhoni and other youngsters will somehow manage to bar Sachin from playing ODIs any further so that they can protect their images from getting beaten further. :)

As for your accusation of past flop shows, in last one year alone Sachin has produced match winning innigs (of course when others did their "little bit" instead of refusing to lift their bat as in Hyderabad) of 117, 91, 163*, and 138 in addition to this spectacular 175.

So as I said, the YOUNGSTERS must get their act together and ensure Sachin's ouster from Indian ODI squad. :)
