i feel dis dhoni is just a show off ... he tells something does something else .... players like nitni and fleming were sitting on bench ... i think dhoni was feared about losing ipl thts y hayden was not dropped or rested in a single match .......

ohh man.. First of all Fleming is coach more then Player now.. And 2nd, only four international players can be picked.. Chennai had Albi and Murali as Bowlers, where would Ntini fit? Albi is match winner with Bat as well.. Now Hayden played only 11 games out of 14 and rested for three games..

Every player has to chip in T-20 format. Dhoni did his best to the extent possible. In the semi finals, Hayden and Raina did not click. Hence CSK lost. Seldom you have knocks like pandeys and Gilchrist's which turn the table.CSK's fielding also let them down.
i feel kumble is far better than sachin in captainancy .. indian team management has missed the bus ... kumble shud hav been made captain some 7-8 yrs bac itself ....

Kumble was better captain dhobi also.Difference is kumble a good captan as well as good performer while dhobi wins only by luck/manipulation & not by performance.
Gilly dont make big comments u won just by share luck as usual in T20..more due to Dravids catch drop.nest year u will be out from semis just like rajasthan. Whatever.. from the points it shows that Delhi was the best team...

Dear Leena Just more points doesn't mean delhi is good team. DD doesn't have enough fire power to win IPL. Two best team reached final & MI was the only unlucky team as lost s/f due to two close loss same as last year.

In a way I agree with you about Gilli's never ending superlative talks. Afterall he is Australian and they all love to 'blah blah' talk.. Deccan won because they played better and certainly a luck as well. If Gilly and Gibbs had perfomed last year, Deccan would have been better team last year as well.. Challenger lost more then Deccan won..

You need a bit of luck in T20. I dont think Deccan just won by sheer luck, the definitely deserve to be there. They had their ups and downs, but they came very good under pressure situations, they had and have talent, in fact every team is talented and deserve to be the winner, all it matters who come out the best that particular day.
the leader should be able to communicate with his team, raise it's morale when down, sustain it when it is high, make each memmber feel they own the team. gilchrist and anil kumble did it in the present IPL. the formulae is good for every team efforts. not only in games but in all other sphere also. the leader should have no personal ambition but that of the team. both had retired from top international level cricket, and it helps them to have such frame of mind. it will be difficult for youngsters who compete for the one of the 11 slots and to lead the team as well.

Without motivation, no one performs. Gilly and kumble both have performed to the best of their ability before and after retiring. Before retiring one was motivate to get maximum wkts and other to be the best keeper and score at brisk pace. after retirement it was IPL money thats keeps them motivate and will bw so till they quit this form of game also

KXIP not won single match comprehensevely. Batting is not great for T-20. priety dance, hugs & showoff will also not win matches.
india selection ppl making mistake selecting for rp singh small success for ipl highest wicket forgetting munaf accurate bowler and great wicket taking capacity also did well for rajastan team this year also and international cricket also for india recent shadab proving more for ojha selecting for hyderabad team winning ipl but shadab also playing well for chennai team in all matches for ipl shadab looking more aggressive for ojha should be considered

Whats ur problem. U have been supporting only muslims..
1) U wanted to Wasim jaffer in bangalore t20 team 2) U want Jakati over Ojha.
I have been watching ur posts. Seem to extremly one sided view not based on talent alone. True Jakati is a good bowler. But, he has lots more to prove before being picked as a match winner.
Wasim has had his chances. Dont be such short sighted. I am sure u will encourage same things at ur office. Get more muslims in to office. Dont u think, irrespective of muslim or hindu or christian, we should focus on talent. If guys dont have talent, let them set their bench mark and work towards that.
Dont help wrong set of people. If u support irfan or yusuf fair enough. Supporting wasim jaffer and jakati shows u r a extremly biased - religion oriented person.
