Kumble is an average captain who is making mistake by not taking J.Ryder in the side. He has failed to motive R.Uthappa. Kumble's body language is not good whether the situation is in favour of RCB.

Ryder is on and off with injuries, in case you didn't know.
Robin Uthappa is there because of the 7 4 rules.
Judge the end and not the means.
Kumble is also the one responsible for discovering Panday.
How did you judge his body language. He never had sagging shoulders or never did he show outburst on his players. he kept his cool. the only time, when he loses his cool is when he's bowling and someone mis-fields. But that's Kumble the bowler and not Kumble the captain.
On the other hand, I have seen Dhoni is deep worry many a times. That's a bad sign of body language.
Also, Dhoni is not nearly as good as Kumble in judging the talent (That's why CSK lost recent matches).

I am not saying Ryder should replace Uthappa. Ryder should replace Boucher. Uthappa/Dravid must wicket-keeping. Ryder should openthe inning and Uthappa should come at 6 or 7. It will give more balance to the RCB side. Pandey is not a discovery. If RP didn't drop him then may be it could be his last match in this IPL.
