Who asked this guy for an opinion. Considering his family links, he probably would have made his money in betting.

Dear Indiots ..! JM is Right...
by Guest on Jul 02, 2009 09:45 AM  | Hide replies

Ist of all, you guyz should keep sports and ur dirty littile mindsets apart other wise you going to be more sychonic then you look In these posts.....2ndly i..wonder why every one is that offended by Miandad's comments, probably because of the fact that matter most to you that he is from Pakistan, instead of looking into the concerns man raised, most of you start repeating your 1st grade lesson of Pakistani mania, poor indiots, your mixing two different things as normally do most of the time, Miandad's comments and cncerns about IPL are not that different from many former legends like mike gettings, mick holding and many more consider this festival and funny nature of IPL and events like it as venomous to the true essence the gentlemen’s game but only gentlemen care about it,
how "non scripted" IPL was could be evaluated by Looking @ the results of World T20 where script was writen on the ground by performing for ur country not by declareing "urself" champions infrot of the camera or in IPL,
do ur selves a favor get a life

Match Fixing in the IPL

Posted by Q at 5:42 PM Pitched (16)

Lalit Modi has called for an investigation into the match played between the Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Someone has brought to Modi's attention that the match might have been fixed, while the BCC! has brought to my attention that the match might have been fixed.

The amusing thing is that the reason explained in this article, for the match being potentially fixed, is that Brad Hodge was not playing and was sitting in one of the hospitality boxes.

What connection exactly does sitting in a hospitality box and match fixing have?

And while they're at it, i.e. investigating match fixing in the IPL, maybe they should pay some attention to last night's match as well - the one that Deccan Chargers lost to the Delhi Daredevils.

Well if scoring 52 runs of the final 4 overs to win a match cannot be achieved without some match fixing, then how can 7 wickets for 12 runs be?

And why stop there?

Investigate today's match as well.

Because it looked like some players of the Royal Challengers Bangalore had fixed the match and wanted to lose it.

While some of them pulled a Rashid Latif and snatched a victory from the Chennai Super Kings.

Go on, give the ACU, or whoever the anti-corruption lot are at the IPL, something to do.

IPL is not (only) a joke it is a drama. (too)
Hayden was kept out from the last 2 games (sorry shows) as he did not enact his role in the show (sorry game) with the Mumbai Indians. It was already decided, that MI should win the match so to make IPL little more interesting and keep their hope for semis alive. But Hayden not a good actor (as he is a real player) did not able to enact it and screw up the drama.
Anyone could see from the player’s faces that they are enacting willingly and unwillingly hence for some money is everything and for some cricket and their morals are important. I hope next time before they signing up anything they should think of it. As a true cricket fan I am watching it, even tough I knew it’s a drama. If you want to become a detective then please watch this show (sorry game, what so ever) and you will find a lot of story in it. If you fed up with tele serials then please watch this. But, if you watch it as a cricket fan then surely you will cry as I did.

No more schools on match fixing in Miandad's country
by Deepa Sreeganesh on May 19, 2009 11:05 PM

IPL, please note that in Miandad's country they no longer teach match fixing classes anymore since people like Miandad retired. They expected seniors to coach the juniors but they didn't. Now they teach only to make bombs and kill people. Hence he has to be right that Indians are still backward and doing match fixing instead of making human bombs.
mr.Miandad, wonder what you were doing when some of your players were playing for the IPL. How come it didnt' strike you when one of your players became the leading wicket taker of the tournament. After that I wonder whether he took any wickets.

IPL need oversight
by raza rizvi on May 17, 2009 05:11 PM  | Hide replies

As an IPL fan, I believe IPL will be doing itself a big favor by looking seriously into corruption prevention measures. Preventing corruption after all is in everyone's interest. Judging by the comments about Miandad - one of the best cricketers ever to step on the field - it is clear that quite a few here are either immature individuals or do not understand cricket.

Miandad speaks as though he is the Saviour of Cricket.Till today he does not know to speak two words of English together. For Miandad it is the case of "Grapes are Sour".IPL doeas not need any Pakistani Saviour.Till today IPL has been conducted in a Splendid Fashion.Just shut your mouth Miandad and enjoy yourself with your Dawood Inlaws.Miandad has never been given LBW any time because he always hides his foot behind his bat, such a very sly and cunning player. As Mr Raza Rizvi says I do not agree with Mr Rizvi. The Biggest Joke ever is the taking over of Pakistan Cricket by Javed miandad.

geting persnol is what you only did, speaking of "english" thats a common trait of mental inferiority complex people like you and your kind are in,Miandad was a sports man who let his performence do all the talking, career of the man reflects it very clearly, its really amazing none of u guyz actually tried to prove miandad wrong by providing any gentle argument instead each one when on to persnality attack.
IPL's initiator Modi him self ordered investigation of few matches why..?

IPL is a JOKe. It is blamming Cricket fans. Every yr IPL winner is already decided by the owners but not players skill. IPL winner decided by Money.
Only Jokers watch the IPl matches.
