coz he is the highest run scorer in IPL2 so far. (a player with the highest run sgets an Orange cap and player with the highest no. of wickets gets a purple cap)
Raina is best no doubt ..he is junior Tendulkar if possble..good technique, can slog,can defend..he is the package. irfan gets 900k ?rp 850k? though i like rp but why dosent he play in odi and test anymore ??
anyway,these guys are gettng good pay..shud mean india will have huge pool of cricketers soon..

only by his skills to drive the team in hard times and produce maximum results with limited resoruces makes a grt captain. Like kapil, ganguly, fleming, wasim, imran, border.
