i dont know about first but i think kolkata rajasthan and punjab are the weak teams of this years ipl

On 21st April the first match is played between KIXP Vs KKR (4pm IST) and the second one is MI Vs RR (8pm IST).

bt only 4 foreign players are allowed to play in 1 game..so team having good indian players will be having an edge..

rediff.com you have to check your timings as 21st april has 2 matches and not one please check it on cricinfo.com
