rediff titles always misleading.

rediff titles always misleading.
it says "John: I got help from Dhoni"
does it mean that john right (former coach of ind ckt team n nz player) n now coach of the nz team, got help from ms dhoni, the ind ckt capt (abt weaknesses of ind batsman).
but actually the article is abt john abraham (!!!)

Who in Indian Team plays spinners well.
by pradeep krishnan on Mar 25, 2009 07:57 PM  | Hide replies

Well Shewag Tendulkar and Laxman plays spinners well But the rest i doubt. Dhoni and yuvi are the weakest against good spin attacks. This team without dhoni failed in srilanka against the 2 M's. Against England and austrilia too they could not play the spinners well.

Hope Laxman is doing his out of ground batting practice, else he will defend 100 balls before scoring a run.And that could be a leg bye.

Yuvi got a 100 against 2 M's, not against you, joker.

I feel that is the track is like the typical indian wicket, i wd pick amit mishra in place of munaf although munaf bowled really well in the last test. Mishra and bhaji wd be unplayable in the 2nd innings.

Sreesanth has been diagnosed with some shoulder/back injury - which apparently was there since the last 5-6 months (but was not diagnosed corretly by the experts at NCA). He is in australia for the treatment.

sehwag is natural and hardest ball hitter of the latest cricket world, so nothing is impossible for him.

IPL tamasha in the name of cricket
by Guest on Mar 25, 2009 05:14 PM

Why so much fuss in the media. It's nothing but a tamasha in the name of cricket. It's just a commercialisation/bastardisation of sport where players are auctioned like animals.

Napier pitch is very much usefull for spinners. Don't think New Zealand spinners are useless.
