Why can't this guys cancel IPL? It is easy to arrange attract and when you do not have protection it is piece of cake for terrorist. Eventually it is going to be bad for India so why can't they cancel it.

Why dont we guys stop stepping out of our houses when we have to travel in trains and buses which has no security available?It is easy to arrange attract and when you do not have protection it is piece of cake for terrorist. Likewise it is a profession for cricketers if they stop playing due to these threats and very soon we will see no cricket matches been played at all.

Agreed. Players cant stop playing due to threats. But still they need security and also they/ organisers have asked for it. Since they need security they withdrew pakistan schedule.
But think. Its election and it requires tight security. If matches are held during this time,the police will be in no postion for providing proper security for both event. If they dare to provide security for both & if anything goes wrong in elections, entire processes will be re-held which will cost a lot and burden will be on tax payers as these politicians may bring new tax rules for recovering such losses.
Henceforth its advisible if IPL matches are not held until election is over/ during election process, so that we cricket lovers can enjoy the event with peace.

Hello Amit, try to understand it's not only about the security threat for players, it's mainly a threat for all people in India.

It is not possible for IPL to get all the Players together once they miss this Slot. Too many Politicians holding Key Post made the IPL think they can get what htey want!
It is time they understand that Home Minister meant business when he asked the DATES to be shifted.

cricket it self is junk game . and IPL is its topping. if it banned atleast people cna be in peace for soem time .else election ipl india will be a hell
