"Champions Trophy will be held in South Africa and not Sri Lanka as rainfall could affect the tournament." Wow. How did the ICC suddenly realise this. Why didnt they think about this when they scheduled this. Is 'rainfall' an euphemism for 'terrorists'.

Please don't make this comment when you don't know the whole picture.
Game was scheduled in April in Pak and backup was Lanka. Then it was shifted to Sep because of security reason. Then it was cancel from Pak so it was automatically move to backup country S Lanka. It was never scheduled to S Lanka in Sep.
