Nobody knows the truth

First of all everybody wants a proper answer as to why the Pakistan team left 5 minutes late.If they were just 5 minutes late, both the teams could have left together. It is not logical and practical to believe that story. The security provided was very low compared to what a President gets.I would say it was by sheer luck that the Sri Lankan team escaped with minor injuries. They wanted to kill entire team, fortunately the rocket and bomb did not blow up.Their is no doubt those guys were highly trained. They wanted to cause maximum damage.I was shocked when reading a article few days back, the police who drove the match officials to the stadium initially told Broad to drive the vehicle himself.Man what a pity.Broad's reaction is quite correct. It is easy for others to critisize him, but he was there with bullets flying past him.He could have very well lost his life. Simply blaming others is no excuse.I didn't feel like laughing when the minister pointed out a foreign hand is responsible. Please realize that innocent blood is spilling in your own hands. All evidence points to your country.I have had interaction with few Pakistanis and they have been very polite and cooperative. But due to these few inhumans,Pakistan is being reduced to a barbaric country.India will have to take tough measures to keep a hawk's eye on our wonderful neighbours. Please for once accept the fact and flush out the militants to whom you are giving shelter. The world will certainly become a better place to live

do u thing its easy for them to flush out militants. dude its all over pakistan. thats their home man. They came in Rickshow and after firing they left on bike i mean such an ridiculous act. No police man was able to trace them. It was all planned. If Zardari doesnt listen to them they will kill him too. Then will he save his life or others?

Rational Thought??? WTF!
by Mukesh Kumar on Mar 10, 2009 01:16 PM

Haroon Lorgat expects umpires to have rational thought and empathizes with them? I say WTF! Put that guy in a vehicle and fly bullets around him and ask him to give a rational thought. Same goes to Miandad, who himself is a relative of Dawood and he asks for life time ban on Broad. Broad or for that matter other umpires can do crime on the field and get abused but on this instance they are just right.

Threat
by k vijayakumar on Mar 10, 2009 01:15 PM

Sri Lankan's mis-calculated that the threat is only for India. Now the world realizes the threat is left right and center in Pakistan.

bcos the plan was to scare and not kill the players/Officials dude...

they are highly trained induviduals and there is no way they can miss 2 rocket shots at the SL Team Bus, Considering that the bus was at standstill when one of the rockets were fired....

If case the plan was to kill the SL Team or teh officials then they could have easily killed the officials after the the policemen were killed cos then Driver was dead and the bus was not moving.....

There is a difference between inadequate security and no security, if at all the security was adequate, none of the players would ve been injured ,and none of the terrorists would ve been alive

Just to remind you guys Benagir Butto was killed on road. so if they can kill their own people they can kill any one. whether they scaped coz of their luck or due to terorist plan its good that could scape. its nothing but start of new world war. Taliban is goping to capture Pak and than slowly they will start entering India. As indians rely on pioliticiens they can easily do it.

Come on guys, don't panic like this. Pakis do not look like Indians. Half of them look like Pathans who are easy to spot. We do not have that Semetic types in our country at all. As for the rest they can be readily identified because they are not locals and be spotted. If the Sindhis, Punjabis or the Pathans come to South India they will all stick out like sore thumbs.
But yes in a city like Bombay strangers can get away so people need to be alert. There is a price to be paid for freedom - eternal vigilance.
