If you look at the scorecard for the second test, you will find that SA are struggling while Aus are off to a flier. And guess what ? It is the youngster Phil Hughes who is making merry. Now, I want to point out 2 things --- 1. Was it correct to persist with Hayden for so long ? 2. Is SA doing the correct thing by persisting with Ntini (who is clearly well past his prime) & not playing Albie Morkel ?
Aussie New'stars were already available for the 1st test in Johannesburg...And why didn't SAzzzz didn't try targetting them?
Smith has disgorged a Big IF, saying he would have won IF they had bundled Aussies out for 250-300. Shame on him and his team that despite bundling Aussies under 210 in second innings (equivalent getting a second life for SAzzz), they were banished by about 162 runs.
Smith wants to ride on luck while Aussies run about their talents...
