chekc your memory .... releasing of 4 militanst to save Janta Dal's Minister's daughter was done by Janata Dal and Janata Dal was in center with BJP suppport

BJP or Congress ... none can relaly stop terorrists ... BJP couldn't stop akshardham ... they turned their heads away from infiltration in kargil ... vajpayee took a bus ride to lahore instead, to preach peace ... these BJP leaders are losers ... they dont know how to govern ... they can sit in opposition and collect cash for asking questions ...LOL

I agree with you on that. Advani was all talk but no tough action except breaking Babri masjit which divided people. But congress is no saint. All th eevils that irks India is all congress deeds.

MUFTI MOHAMAMMAD SAYEED (LEADER OF PDP) FREED TERRORISTS FIRST WHO WAS ONE OF THE ALLY OF CONGRESS IN KASHMIR. VP Singh's interior Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed showed the first instance by freeing the deadly terrorists (perhaps Salauddin-main leader of LET) in exchange of his daughter-Mahbuba Mufti (now PDP leader in Kashmir). To save the lives of at least 200 Indian Passengers boarded in hijacked Indian Airlines plane at Kandahar, BJP was compelled to free three Terrorists. Passenger named Rupen Katial was killed and his dead body was thrown outside the plane and deadline was given to kill all passengers one by one. PM-Bajpayee then called all party meeting at Delhi where present PM-Monmohan Singh was also present on behalf of Congress and all parties given their consent to free the passengers with out further death and causalities. Although now Congress drum bits for the incident and questions why 3 terrorist were freed. But memory of Indian Peoples are not so weak that they will believe all of their words which are nothing but war of words against BJP.

VP Singh was PM with BJP support and BJP did not withdraw support from VP Singh govt. on release of militants ... they endorsed it ... they did not withdraw supoort as VP Singh implemented mandal commission recomendation, but they endorsed it
They withdrew support when Advani's rath was stopped.
I would only say this situation was caused by Lankan's themself. Why score double hundreds and 700 plus score in Pakistan. It must have enraged Dawood and LET and even the public. They must have initially thought atleast the public will have some fun with pakistan winning. That was not happening and also they (LET & Dawood) must have trained these guys for Sachin and Co who were scheduled to be there...now they could not keep the trained monsters in chains and had to let loose these pig eating animals. One piece of advice for visiting cricketers (if they dare to visit Pakistan) - Never score like Jayawardane or Sangakarra. You will be hunted down. Infact I was surprised they were only hurt ! Younis Khan says - ""God forbid, had both buses been moving together it could have been catastrophic". So he says it was a lucky escape but what we say is it was all planned escape. The Paki elements ISI & LET & Dawood work hand in glove. So no wonder Paki team didn't travel close or in same bus.

Its not bold but a way of saying thanks for Pakistan selling their rusty arms to Lanka when India was not willing to sell in their fight against LTTE. Its a lesson for Lankan government as they were in a bonhomie with Paki's as a checkmate to India. They were also thinking they will not be targetted but for westerners and Indians. Its a lesson now they learnt.
