The problem is BBCI claims that our players play for BCCI , They dosent play foR INDIA. Its not Indian Cricket Team , it is bcci Cricket team , so that think they can do any bullshit thing in their nappies.
just as we read this post, lalit modi has lost the RCA election ...he is the evil brain behind barring ICL players from any other form of cricket, just a couple of days back, the BCCI prevented sachin and dinesh kaarthick from participating in t20 match on the grounds that hamish marshall an ICL contracted player was playing in that game...so its fine if we go on to lose the kiwi series if sachin and karthik do not get acclimatised to conditions... so whom are these louts in the BCCI trying to fool?..modi may have done good for RCA too , but everybody knows he is the brain behind barring ICL players from any sort of domestic cricket, thank god dravid, laxman and gang will get some match practice!
I really aghast with the kind of internal politics governing bodies of cricket are having over players. Is the BCCI bigger than the game, we have not toured NZ for a 6-7 years, our players need that match practice, to understand conditions better, just because someone from a rebel league is playing with or against you doesn't justify not playing. My sincere request is please keep individual board related ego's aside, and let the game go on
