Wud he do the same thing if either england or australia were playing? there wud be a first time warning for them. a second time discent to them. and then if still the slow over rate continues the players are fined. Why cann't be there batting powerplay and bowling powerplay of 2 over each. First 2 over complusory powerplay and then the batting and bowling team can choose their powerplay. If Batting and bowling powerplays are applied in T-20 then it would be quite interesting . Isn't it????????
