The early quit from ICC T20 will not decide that they are out of form. The form they were in the recent past except the T20 is 100 %. I still expect Indians to come back strong in this tour, and i wish this would happen.
y everyone is criticizing ravindera jadeja. Dude he's only 20, he performed well as a bowler in both the matches. A poor decision by dhoni to send him at no.4 in do or die match and the guy struggled to get going, well evrey one except yuvraj struggled over there in t20 wc. I'm not saying that jadeja is a next superstar. He might be may be not, but we dont yet know. Please refrain from deciding about him upon an evidence of 35 balls. Give him some time. Crucial failure was raina.who just seemed to be sitting duck against short pitch bowling.

Agree with you! Dhoni's gambling instincts got the better of him and he lost his common sense.
Raina is not the one I will pick to send in at #3. He has got a golf swing and doesn't rotate strike well enough - not to mention the short pitch weakness.
There is always the argument on which 11 to play. The best 11 or giving chances to others to play. Last 20-20 WC we didn't have the best 11, but we won. This WC we had the best 11 play, we lost all the matches in the 2nd round. So it doesn't matter the 11 if not the best you want to have, but you could still win on that day. So keep rotating the players in a pool of 20 and give everyone a chance. We don't merely want players to accumulate records. Now on the technical details and watching the players on 20, here is the tip on newcomers.
1. Abishek Nayar - He is a good all-rounder. He can hit the ball really well and does have enough power. So he might be a better option than Jadeja 2. Murai, he is a good opener with the right strokes and must open with gambir 3. Badrinath is again doesn't have enough power like jadega. He should be utilized as 12th man or as replacement when everthing doesn't go well 4. Ashish Nehra should be utilized rightaway. Most likely as a replacement for Ishant and not praveen. 5. Dinesh Karthick could be played also in one or 2 matches. He is always an undeperformer. Watching him, he could be good batsman if he plays naturally and hits the ball. But most of the time thinks he should utilize the opportunity and plays defenise and gets it wrong. Anyway he should be played if Dhoni needs a rest for any series otherwise he is just a backup option
India is missing 2 genuine openers- sachin and sehwag so murali vijay must be given enough chance to play. he is an opener and can do well bcoz he is technically strong too. team could be- vijay gambhir dhoni yuvraj rohit yusuf jadeja/badrinath harbhajan praveen ishant RP

N why this continued obsession of 'announcing our playing 11'... hey, there are men more knowledgeable enough to do that.

ys nehra might get chance later replacing RP. badri have less chance n might play 1-2 match only.ojha may play as 2nd spinner replacing jadeja or one of the seamer.
1.West Indies won their last series against England (that too after England dominated the entire series, except in their second innings of the first test), that is their first series win in almost six years (home or away, and not considering tests against Ban and Zim). 2.Their batting lineup is in-experienced (only Gayle and Chanderpaul are the two experienced players). We all saw how they collapsed against SL. 3.Chanderpaul, their best batsman is not in form.

WI is doing well under Gayle's captaincy. They played well in Eng and NZ. But If India plays with their potential then they can't stop India.
India should play safe cricket in absence of Sehwag, Raina and Sachin rather than aggressive cricket. One mistake can be very expensive because our batting is dependent on Gambhir, Yuvraj and Dhoni. Two of them at least click on each match.

I am expecting good show from M.Vijay. I don't think Badrinath will get any chance. In later matches A.Nayar can play in lower-middle order.

Younis Khan has already called this T20 world cup as WWF, So even he knew they won coz of match fixing, ICC fixed this world cup for them, That is why he resigned as captain coz he knew they won by fixing........
