Pak has that killing instinct and aggression for the one day format. Inspite of the early losses, Pak made it to finals with sheer determination and hard work. It looks the bad days for Pak cricket are over

hmmm no,you don't have a clue what you are talking about.The thing here is the IPL organisers scheduled the series since team India is free of International commitments.
Wasn't the IPL T20 eventually shifted to SA don't know why you are whigning and it was success too.
No BCCI should be a separate body just like the other boards worldwide,when it comes under union ministry control it will be as well dead like other sports in India.
