Mindless Media
by P Ramanathan on Jun 12, 2009 04:56 PM

What is the purpose of media in exposing Viru's fitness problem? They have damaged Indian Cricket team rather than empowering them. Any sports man will love to play his game even with his 25 percent fitness. Media can not understand it.

There is only one cricketer who can switch effortlessly any modes-attacking or modest or defensive --according to demand of the situation.

That cricketer is SRT.

Then, maybe you can include Gambhir.

I know you like Dhoni, but I am sorry to say he is a club level cricketer who can click once in a while.

UV is the best T20 bestman. Raina and Rohit are fast catching up with him.

Well..I disagree becuase without Shewag we won the last world cup. Please recollect the mathces of last world cup, sehwag just played two games(one against pakis which we won and the other one against the kiwis which we lost) and the rest of the matches he was on the bench. This team led by dhoni is not one man team. They are many sehwags in the team. The presense of sehwag is totally out of the context considering the current team
