This is the most ridiculous piece that I have ever read. I mean if you do not have any reports about cricket, at least try not to stoke up a controversy. We already have newspapers doing that along with their media counterpart on television. To now see the same kind of pathetic reportage being pursued by rediff is really sad to see. The fact being that the journos really don't have anything substantial to report about. What message is this report trying to send? That their should be more regional representation. Isn't that promoting regional chauvinism. The whole controversy about Sehwag having some friction with Dhoni report was absolutely distatsteful to say the least. It seems that now rediff has taken up the mantle of breeding controversies. Thanks a lot. We all need great minds like you to divide the country. Way to go rediff. Why do we need Raj Thackeray or KRV or other regional outfits. Let rediff sow the seeds of mistrust among the countrymen by pursuing journalism of sensationalism, which is to show that journalism in this country has reached its nadir. JAI HIND
Seeka is doing a great job as chairman of selectors. He selects players only on merit. He also gives the captain a great say in selection. This is what happens when you put right people in reght positions.

Media should act as a responsible body and should never allow articles like these which may cause rifts between the people of india of different regions.winning and losing is part of a game. its depends on the whole team not on a person who belongfs to southern or northern part of india.
