are you the one who got smashed in the australian streets? whole world knows that Australians (and english / south africans too), are afraid of spin bowlers and especially the doosra. They just cannot tolerate the growth or domination of asian countries in cricket. they are gonna tell sachin or dhoni should bat left handed as their right arms are too good and it violates the code 1.2.52.5.24.325.2 of Internation cricket code of conduct :-)

the domination of asian countries is not because of their performance on the field, but more because of the money they possess and throw around. Not to forget highly biased commentators like gavaskar and the controversy igniter-bhogle

Do you think there are more biased commentators than the Oz on earth? I don't think so and neither does the whole world.

if they are just coaching their own bowlers, why the hell we are reading it? you dont have to publicize it. Interesting you can only use five senses and sixth sense has gone for a toss !!
I always thought that Murli and Malinga throws the ball,u can see with the naked eyes.Dont know how the experts can miss this. All that excuses about deformation and orthodox syles are just lame excuses, once murli retires from the games,,the western media will definately do a post mortem, now to avoid controversy nobody willing to make comments.

Closely monitor the action of McGrath, Brett Lee, Flintoff, and Shaun Tait. You will agree that they too chuck to a great extent.
In order to accommodate McGrath and Brett Lee, the stretching limits were extended to 15 deg by the ICC. Murali bowls everything below 15 deg. If you call him a chucker, then your fingers should also be pointing towards Brett Lee (13 deg), McGrath (12 deg),Flintoff (13 deg). Okay mate!
Ever since its inception in international cricket, theFKR SHANEs 'GOOGLY', an unorthodox finger delivery that moves IN from a right-hander as opposed to a conventional FKR SHANES LEG-spinner, has raised a lot of debate over its legitimacy.

RC:
Correct.... without bowling a googly he took six hundred wickets.... with it he could have reached fifteen hundred.... right?... :) BTW, all those spinners have decided to do is well documented in the article, if you care to read it ... that is.... :)
Malinga's bowling is 100% legal but his style is unconventional. This guy has smartly utilized the bowling rules. The rule says the when the ball is being bowled the arm should not be under the shoulder level(not be under arm bowling) and the elbow should be straight. If the elbow is bent over 15 degrees (not exactly sure how much is permissible)then that is chucking which murali does every time and s akthar and lee does some times.
Re: Malinga's bowling is legal
by Dude says on Jul 28, 2009 11:56 AM
ICC rules has set 15 deg as the new official bent angle....
Murali is between 10 and 13.5 deg depending on his delivery; Brett Lee is 13 deg; McGrath is 12 deg; Flintoff is 13 deg; Shoib is 13.. Bhajji bowls doosra with 12 deg ; Johan Botha's doosra went over 15 deg and hence deemed illegal.. Even Murali's doosra is over 15 deg.. Therefore he is not allowed to bowl doosra in test cricket.
y these australians r so jealous against spinners alltime ....... after warne exit australia dont hav any quality spinner .... true colours of australians is exposed .....
steve waugh can only save australian cricket .......
Ponting is useless ...... screwd by english players ...... he is unfit to b a sportsman

No No Ponting is very useful in manuplating , cheating for aussies, and sure he will win for team
the crasstralians are at it again. there's no worthy spinner who can taqke on the sub continent bowlers. they said the same thing about reverse swing. anything that they dont know is illegal.
basically, any contribution from the sub continent is balked at. lets see if they can get the ICC to ban it. it'll be a fun challenge to squish their opposition.
its an ego issue right now. the asstralians are no longer the undisputed champs, so while they still have the tag, they want to make the most out of it.

agreed, they pass sour grapes comment as they could not find any quality spinners in their continent.
for them everything is illegal which they are not capable, earlier they used to say reverse swing also a illegal but now they have also learnt and it become legal, same will hapen with doosra also
