Haha, you seem to be another idiot..Dravid never played for himself but always put team above self, remember the 18 straight ODI wins chasing down?? Dravid played a big hand in 13 of them, go and check out!
Also, Dravid stepped down from captaincy even before BCCI asked him and this selfish Bengali contacted Pawar to prolong his tay in team.
And now Dravid is back in team for Champions trophy, without asking anyone.
Okay Mr Priyadarshan??

if dravid comes out to be a selfish politician who along chappel tried to finish his own teammates career
who once he himslef labled GOD OF OFF SIDE
ganguly supported dravid and kept him in odis as wk
otherwise dravid would have been kicked ot form odis in 2000 only

some idli idiots hate ganguly
bcoz he kicked dravid and made him WK during his captaincy
and kept another idli named kumble on the benches in WC 2003 bcoz of bhajji
one of the idlis along with greg chappal backstabbed him and tried to end ganguly's career
but could not succeed
this is why idlis will bark but ganguly will be a winner always

Future Indian Test Team
by dghhhnhn dbndnhrhrhh on Jul 23, 2009 04:23 PM  | Hide replies

In coming one - two years Sachin, Dravid, and Laxhman will retire from Test Cricket. Team will be left with only one great Batsman Sehwag.
Dhoni and Yuvraj are still failure in test cricket. Dhone even dont look that he can ever score test century in Australia and South Africa.
Harbhajan is no longer what he was 3-4 years back.

Future of test cricket is not so promising in India.

Everybody thinks they are irreplaceable. They all are buddy. There must also have been a time when gavaskar retired and we said, omg how will india play test matches. Somebody else will take their spot. Until another person is given the chance, you dont know what they can become.

harm to ODI
by deewaker pandey on Jul 23, 2009 03:56 PM

T20 can affect ODI n nt test matches. few rules cn be changed in ODI to make it more interesting. I think restriction in bowling bouncers must be removed during mid overs when ODI gets boring. it will create more competition between batsman n bowler n consiquently match will be more interesting.

Test cricket will survive........
by Bhasmasur Rakshasa on Jul 23, 2009 03:30 PM

Cos it offers far different challenges than posed by the instant format of the game....

It is played over 5 days, it has 2 separate innings, it has no restriction of run rate and last but not the least, it gives a chance to a teram to fight back even if it is off to a disastrous start in 1st innings......Teams have won matches inspite of having to followon...there are challenges in test cricket that make it compelling and gripping.........

I fear for the 50 overs ODI format....that format might get squuezed between the traditional 5 day game and the instant version of the game.....
Unless the 50 over format innovates in a big way by making it more bowler friendly...

Simplistic
by Guest on Jul 23, 2009 03:25 PM

No form of game will survive just because it has to survive - It is too simplistic a reason for something to survive.
