MOHAMMED KAIF is much better cricketer than some of the current players in the team.he is talented hardworking and committed cricketer. arguably No.1 fielder in India has ever produced. becoz of BCCI plotitics, kaif has been made as a "scapegoat" for team's failure.
letz hope kaif shows his talent and experience to come back to the team like Nehra.

I think kaif deserves a place in a test team as his previous test innnings have all been good . Film stars should be kept away from cricket

I have been a big fan of Mohammad Kaif,Yuvi & Kaif part to the time won the U-19 world cup for India.and Kaif was playing good at English weather condition.
although he is not a great player against good bowling but what Rajasthan royals did to him was very shameful by sending him back. Shilpa deserved to be a loser. n.a.u.t.a.n.k.i doesn't work in Cricket

In sports, you are only as good as your play! If I am the owner, I would try to pick the best players for the format! See nothing wrong with that!
It is in india that we have this complex about keeping a senior player playing as long as we want - 'cause he is senior OR KEEPING A senior plyer OUT, even if he is the best player ont he ground! Some moderation is required somewhere!
I have been a big fan of Mohammad Kaif right from the time he won the U-19 world cup for India. And it feels so nice that so far all the people on this board have wished him the best. I havent seen a more committed player. Year after year he slogs in Ranji trophy, scores big, leads a bunch of average cricketers to Ranji finals. Just as they say of Shane Warne, he is the best captain that India never had. But unlike Warne he still has age and his determination on his side. The intensity he brings on the field is tremendous. All the Best Kaif. Hope to see you in the Indian team very soon.

he hasn't done anything special except for one or two innings. he can't play good bowling. he is average player even on indian pitches.

I think Kaif is a good batsman even against good bowling. He has played well against attacks from Austrlia that included Mcgrath and Gillespie, he has done well in England and he had done well in india's worldcup appearance under Ganguly!
Kaif lost a bit of his confidence during the Dravid and the Chappel era. These two guys, especially Chappel played a lot of politics that can ruin anyone's career!
Very good decision from the rajasthan royals team management... After a long time their brain have started working... they realise the big mistake they did by dropping kaif in the IPL II version... Anyhow finally Justice wins... Kaif now has to show his talent and shut those people who often discourage him.. Kaif will rule in the near future.....
