If possible, ICCI should schedule international matches according to IPL schedule and make sure that no international team is involved in any schedules during IPL. This should be the case if at all IPL is a strong body.

You are right. Players will also enjoy it. They can play IPL and their country both by this way.

Yes. Also, if they think that IPL is an Indian-only body, then they can at least organize international teams playing such mega-contests time and again so that cricket-lovers enjoy the cricket always.
I think now, the modern cricket-lovers would be loving T20 format which ends up soon (almost a movie) and they can catch it up with their family. All these days, even hardcore-cricket fans could not watch matches fully always and they watch highlights, instant scorelines, final scorecard, etc.
T20 should be encouraged like anything and one should not really worry about death of Test Cricket or ODI (even if it so, we should not worry. Because cricket has to survive and expand its market in any format which is important)

Why should one think that T20 is not proper cricket? Here also, people fight very hard to perform. Performer has to be alert always and should try to bring best out of him.

More so when India is performing so well in this format (world cup champions) we should not hesitate to encourage this format wholeheartedly. India should take initiative to make this format popular. This format is also helpful for people to save their time in addition of getting full-entertainment.
