Is there a betting Scandal going on in Bangladesh? They are struggling against Zimbabwe and Srilanka struggled against Zimbabwe and Bangladesh.In triseries final Srilanka was 6 for 5 wickets(Can you believe it?!). I hope ICC does launch an immediate investigation into these results for the good of cricket.

i agree that both these minnows have defeated great teams like india and australia. but to score 120 odd runs in 50 overs take good real effort from both the teams. evena test match produces more runs in 50 overs

t20 cricket is such a format that even bermuda can beat australia. So its not a proper scale to judge quality of a team.
Wow they are losing even to Zimbabwe. Bangladesh are really the worst team among the 'recognised' teams of the world. They should be relegated back to the group containing Holland, UAE, Canada, etc to restore some of their self-esteem with a few victories. Really - when ever will they grow up or will they forever be minnows??

Boss...India also took time to record her first test win..I think 49 years..we too were getting whipped by england and Australia..
Unless b'desh plays with other test/ODI and T20 teams, their game will notimprove..

India won its first test in 1951-52, just 4 years after independence....that year we also won our first series win against Pakistan.
We are not talking here about Bangladesh winning against the strong teams - I am saying that even against the weakest team like Zimbabwe they are losing....... the comparison with India is in any case irrelevant - on an absolute scale, Bangladesh s u c k s

Chang..when did India start playing test cricket..definetly not in 1947...strong or weak..England Aus were the only teams then and we got whipped by them..
Coming back to B'desh cricket team, it is a catch-22 situation..unless they improve, then cannot play against stronger teams, unless they play against stronger teams, they cannot improve...it is better that they play rather than not play..
Beyond that I guess each team has its good and bad days...

Don't be too proud with indian cricket team. Don't forget that BD sent india packing back home from world cup 2007. India won most matches on indian "boat-shaped" pithes custom made for Kumble and Co. so that whereever he pitches the ball it goes towards the wicket.

Dude.. u got just one achievement of ur team to speak off? Right from the beginnig u r saying only this point. Now see for urself the condition of ur BD team. Accept the fact-- BD is the worst cricket team ever to get a Test status, Kenya should have been given that status.

India also should play Zimbabwe and bangladesh once a year. Just to check their level in the cricket. Otherwise it will be a disaster for us like the 2007 world cup.
