Dear friends, its really improper to aceess the goodness of captaincy from just calling his team mates as my boys. Pieterson is never a good captain he is just hungry of power. He forced ECB to give captaincy to him & now he is putting the whole blame of loosing matches on coach. If he is of good personality why did he taken the matter into public.
Pietersen just gives the vibes of being a good captain. The way he rallied his boys to come back to India spoke volumes of his character (although it might be financial based since India is the money power). He sounds like a natural leader and talks of words like "my boys" etc. He has to lead England for sometime now, and the troublesome coach has to go.
