Cricket should be banned
1) Its not a flowing game and people waste time on wathcing it (whole day). Some series will come in Exam time and finally the career of the student and is future will be affected. 2) Sponsors JUmp to pump money to BCCI and the players in this ecnomic down turn. Finally we r paying money to BCCI and players, since the sponsors put that money spent on cricket to common man. 3) News channels will stop 5 hrs program daily instead they should focus to common problems of the man. 4) Sachin Like players dont bring justice and not giving chance to others and he has already booked lifetime membership (45 years).even he has not stopped taking money from Struggling banks like RBS(200m$) 5)Its not a employee generating compare to entertainment which will give create human resource. so spending on entertainment instead of cricket is gud.

1. This argument is not valid, since students can waste their time in watching movies, Oscar Award functions, reality shows, other sporting events etc. also and not just cricket matches.
2. If cricket is banned, anyway the sponsoring companies will find other forms of promoting and advertising and this cost is always loaded on product / service prices. If you don't like sponsoring companies products, you have an option not to buy them.
3. You can switch off news channels and sports channels. You can also stop reading and posting comments on rediff and other forums.
4. It is the problem of sponsors and not of public.
5. The game generates employment and earning for (a) players (b) administrators (c) selectors (d) construction, maintenance of stadia (e) vendors in stadia (f) creators and preparers of advertisements and advertisment materials (g) transporters (h) hotels (i) media channels, scribes, reporters (j) those who manufacture cricket bats, balls etc. (k) umpires (l) scorers / statisticians (m) commentators (n) contractors of parking arrangements in stadia (o) employees of each cricket association who look after accounts, correspondence etc. (p) coaches (q) managers .....

Ya I am also searching for that. They have written that India is the number team in the world and if we click its coming differently.. Rediff.. ??? What happened ??
Untill now pakistani's were worried to get some test match exposure ... while some may think that's sorted out ... think again. Most of the Pakistan's Fan would be worried as to why did our team play test match at all ...
