ICL guys banned by respective boards is all triggered by BCCI. To PCB, ACB what difference it makes, if their players play in ICL or IPL? To a large extent this ban does not hold any legal or moral ground. It is to have monopoly over cricket and earnings. The situation with PCB is more complex, now after Mumbai attacks all the Pakistan players are barred to play in IPL. So in straight words the Ban is for all the Pak players presently.
