Blame it on Eye Drop.. sure
by Prabodh Jain on Feb 13, 2009 04:44 AM

Now his Lawyer figured out defense for Nandrolon, they're blaming it on Eye Drop.. Asif the Paki thinks the rest of the world is like Pakistan and his ban will be revoked he will be back gracefully. Well Mr. Paki Asif, keep dreaming as I really doubted the ban will be lifted..

By the way, how did the drug come into his pocket at the Dubai airport?? LOL

I am not commenting on the above news. Enough comments are posted already.

I have some other thoughts on IPL teams. I think that the performance of IPL teams will go up substantially and spectator interest will multiply, if the Indian players hailing from a particular State / City in domestic cricket are in their most appropriate IPL team.

For example, it is better for Ishant Sharma and Ashish Nehra to be in Delhi Dare Devils team rather than in KKR and MI respectively. Similarly Agarkar will do better for MI rather than KKR. Parthiv Patel can be in Rajasthan Royals or Mumbai Indians and Dinesh Karthik should move from Delhi to CSK.

Already one such swap has been done between Robin Uthappa (from MI to RCB) and Zaheer Khan (RCB to MI).

IPL should consider this suggestion seriously and if implemented, the success of IPL this year will be much more than last year.

Porikistan should be declared as a terrorist state. There all international engagements need to be cancelled or disqualified. But, still they do these nasty things. Thats why they are Porikistan.

What is the use? When Pak themselves have declared that their players will not be part of IPL.

No Use of the Ban

This BAN is all crap.
The term of this ban ends on 22nd September 2009.
ASIF doesnt seem to lose anything as anyways he would be able to play in current IPL in april because of PAK govt regulations .
Asif seems to be very lucky to get a soft ban.

sorry i meant ASIF would not be able to play in this IPL as PAK govt is not allowing them to play.
So whats the use of this 1 yr ban, it should have been atleast 2 yrs to make some sense
I cant understand how respected people in the tribunal like Mr Gavskar missed this point.
