yesterday he said that he wont retire soon. he said he is still good and can play at any circumstance. he should realize himself. other than making fool of himself, retire like The Wall. else, your condition will be pitiful!

he had two back to back hundreds...last two domestic matches

although last 2 series he was a failure he sure has some test cricket left in..

he should be allowed to go out on his own terms

regionalism?
by jess on Feb 06, 2009 09:11 PM  | Hide replies

sreeshant was the best indian bowler at IPL, is the fastest indianm now , but gives away too many runs. also his on-field antics did him in. thoug he has impoved on those, will sreekant shine on him? of course sreekant is primarily balaji's saviour. REGIONALISM!!!

And what do you call the half-mumbai Indian team in the 90s. You call it fair selection? D**k-head.
Check Balaji's stats this domestic season.

sreesant over?
by jess on Feb 06, 2009 09:07 PM  | Hide replies

sreesant is the fastest Indian bowler now. has the distincton of being the indian bowler who has taken maximum wickts in the last IPL. but he gives too many runs. and his behaviour on the field sems to have improved. Balaji has a saviour in Sreekant so he came back, but sree..you seem to be over for India. it was your on field behaviour that did you in.

abt Sreesanth i dont know on what basis this guy made it in...was it purely on his aggression?
just look at his first class bowling figures or avg...i know stats dont tell the complete story but those are too bad for comfort...

even these second string west bowlers have way way way better avges than him
D kulkarni - 19
Trivedi - 23
sreesanth - 33 !!

you are welcomed to point out flaws in my reasoning..

having said that..like most indians i liked aggreeive Sreesanth agains Nel and pakis (salman butt)
and he also had the guts to sledge tendulkar!!! not many can do that :)
