This team is improving slowly under Gayle's captaincy. Recently they lost ODI series with Pak by 3-0, but 2 matches were so closed. They lost the ODI series with NZ but it was hard luck of WI, because rain saved NZ.

Its waste to discuss abot spiritless teams.Both english and windies have fighting spirit even compared to zim and bangladesh.
England has only two players of any substance and consistency - Andy and KP. Even if they throw tantrums or party away the night before matchday, England still needs them more than any other player.
