This is very very unfair decision taken by the ICC it's simply giving the powers to BCCI saying that you can do what ever.. you want? i.e., if BCCI aggrees only the another team or player should have to play with in India.. if BCCI have confidence then they should allow ICL too. along with IPL

Whatever be the reasons for creation of ICL and the IPL to counter it, fact remains that BCCI is not above the game.It does not have the authority nor the right to not ensure the best team plays for India.Banning talent is to stifle opportunity.This means the (bcci)Indian team does not necessarily comprise the best talent of our country. So in effect BCCI is acting against the country's interest... Does it have this right?? Incidentally denying equal opportunity is against our Fundamental rights...bcci approach will not last long. Looks like we are filled with people who put self above all else.. hip hip hurray lalit modi!!

Bcci has no rights to do that.Naming a team by its city is a personal right given to any citizen of india
I have a suggestion for Subhash... apply for 2 franchisees for IPL. one for their Indian players and other one for thier overseas players. This will give some quality in bothe the teams and it can compete in IPL.By this way the problem will be solved.
the motive of the ICL was never to promote youngsters. It was just to make money and to undermine BCCI. ZEE didnot get the TV rights from BCCI... so SChandra started started ICL... Its totally a flop show...
