team india win
by satyajit on Dec 25, 2009 05:09 PM

i appreciate team india's win and really delight to see that team india blessed with some brilliant players but very disappointed to see indian pitches . such flat pitcthes does not give any help to the bowlers and looks dead. so bcci and icc must make some standard for pitch making inorder to make matches interesting and live

Kohli gets the real credit
by R Balasubramanian on Dec 25, 2009 04:57 PM  | Hide replies

Its no doubt both Gambhir ande Kohli who made the indian dream come true after the departure of star openers to silly strokes and loosing patience, knowing fully well their responsibilities, the real credit should definitely go to Kohli for shouldering the responsibility of indian winning. Gambhir is a regular scorer and has proved time and again he is indispensable.
As Vengasarker has rightly said Ishant Sharma is a total waste so are few more players. Instead other youngsters should be exposed to international game, atleast in India, to know their potential, as it is the responsibility of the Team India and the BCCI to retain the top spot of No.1 for some more time and not to surrender it for a platter.
Hats Off to Kohli and wish him more achievements in the matches to come. Indian Fielding yet again is shabby and has to be toned down else ball placed at 1st slip will prompt the batsmen to take a single cooly and two, boldly.

Balasubramanian, Bangalore

Why are you obsessed to right a comment on cricket if you are not obsessed ? Don't co-relate shambles to cricket as there are many basic factors and politicians responseible for country's shambles.

Brick and Mortar Story : No substance in Realty Boom and it is mere bubble ticking like a bomb to burst anytime leaving all property investers in pain and feel cheated.

Rs.25000/- per month for a family of 4 members in Tier II cities means person just meeting hands to mouth situation. If the question is how and why :

Rs. 6000 p.m min. on house rent for 2BHK
Rs. 6000 p.m min. for house hold grocery items
Rs. 4000 pm for School fees for 2 children.
Rs. 1000 p.m min for milk
Rs. 1000 p.m min for petrol expenses
Rs. 1500 p.m min electricity and water charges
Rs. 1000 p.m wedding and social functions.
Rs. 1000 pm. for mobile and phone expenses.
Rs. 500 pm for internet expenses
Rs. 3000 pm for sundry & misc expenses incl medicine.

In such circumstances, if one takes a housing loan of 20 lacs to purchase two BHK shabby type house in Tier II cities with an EMI for 20 years, that means he is calling hell on him and will mortgage his entire life in paying EMI only. No wonder, such persons are even daring to purchase Car on loan which after some time is pulled and towed away by goondas sent by ICICI Bank , HDFC Bank or other private banks

Blockbuster Movie : Builders & Realty Brokers Nexus ( BRBN)

Mind it we are not talking about people earning Rs.5000 per month and such people are in majority cutting across geographical lines divided into tier cities
