there are some biased people once again here, because there lack of knowledge in cricket. there are big names, like allan border, chappel,Lara,Sangakara, garry kirsten, saeed anwar, and many more with great tribute to them
I have repeatedly mentioned number times on this forum that a left-hander batsman have advantage over a right-hander batsman, because bolwers find it difficult bowl well against left-hander.
So,
A avergae LH Batsman= a good RH Batsman A good LH Batsman= a great RH Batsman
That is why I never consider Lara as the one of the greatest batsman. He is nowhere near Sachin Tendulkar. Lara can be considered as good as Sehwag only. Even Ganguly at best was as good as Lara.

What a theory!!!! Can you explain how bowlers find it difficult against left handers? Irrespective of your considerations, Lara and Ganguly are great batsman
It is time to think more about Bowlers. Does switch over work for bowlers as well? If it works for Batsman it would work for bowlers as well.It will be exciting to see a bowler bowl few deliveries right handed & suddenly change over to bowl left handed just as Batsman do reverse play.
to play 96 overs per day minimum & severe punishment like dhoni for slow over rate then only boaring test matches will get oxygen & results & allow any player to play test&t20 or test&f50 or f50ort20 any two games at a time so that all young stars like wasim jafar, ajit agarkar, powar will get chance to win or try
It is basically using your best body parts (eyes & hands). If you are a natural right hander and if you bat right hand you use your left eye & left hand first which is supposed to be your weaker part. Take the case of Sachin he is a natural Left hander but bats right hand. (his best parts left eye & left hand).
I used to bat right-handed (I am naturally right-handed), but have been batting left-handed for the past 10 years, and I am only 25. I would never switch to right-handed again, I find greater bat lift, improved defense, and drastically stronger power for off-side shots. But I still bowl right-handed.
